PATHETIC SERVICE
Hollywood bets are just a bunch of ******* and *****. I requested a withdrawal on Sunday 20/08/2017. I know that payouts are not done on weekends and public holidays however it is now Monday evening and I still have not received my winnings. I spoke to Tyla who apparently is the withdrawals department manager and she said because my withdrawals is not a large amount my payout will only reflect in my bank account by midnight. Now to me this means that if one does not spend tens of thousands per month then the underdogs are treated like ****. Apparently they have a new system that pays out the big amounts first (as per Tyla). They say that withdrawals will clear between 24 and 48 hours but when did you ever hear of an FNB to FNB transfer taking 24 hours to clear. Their agent’s attitudes are absolutely rude and pathetic in all departments, their response times are terrible. I have had good service from Hollywood in the past but their service is deteriorating quick and fast and trust me word of mouth is getting around. Please listen to recordings from today and put it out for the public to hear instead of replying with lies. If I am not payed by midday tomorrow then I will be taking this up with the GGB

Regardless of whether a transaction is a same bank transaction, it can still take up to 24 hours to reflect, as this is completely dependent on the bank's processing and clearing times. This is something out of Hollywood's control.
It's our goal to get customers paid out as soon as possible, and if we had more freedom from the banks we most certainly would do this. We understand the frustration it causes for the customer, as this causes frustration for us too.
