Pathetic service

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. How many emails must one send before you get a response. When you phone in they always have high call volumes, even at 7am when they open, very strange if you ask me. The staff seem like they are reading off a teleprompter as well.

Why on earth must I wait close to 4 days for my withdrawal to reflect in my bank account?? I expect a branch manager to contact me immediately as I want to lay a complaint.
