Pathetic service

This business is the most rude to it's clients.they do not respond to agent and serious matters they would rather be advertising and replying to those who wants to join but once you experience a problem with their app esp when it's agent they ignore you forever until you spend like 100 trying to contact them as of you are the one providing services to them.they must be taken out of the gambling board running their business like it is not a regulatory functional business.which does not care of it's customers aswell. I've been waiting for my issue to be fixed on the app they accepted my money from my account to theirs but still the funds are not reflecting on my account.ive sent all the necessary information but i am being treated with the silence like i am a stupid.please Hollywood redund my money and delete my account from your stupid data base of your business. Your sertis pathetic and your stupid agents are very rude to clients.should you don't respect and need us type it on the page info so we know what we are getting ourselves into.very pathetic service you don't deserve to ne running such a business.i want my money back and out of your stupid app at thee same time. i can't believe I've wasted my time and energy and my personal info on you.mxm you are so draining.
