Pathetic Hollywood bets customer service

Good morning. I've only had bad experiences with Hollywood bets online. On the 25th February I withdrew R610 with FNB ewallet. The funds was not in my ewallet. Did not show. I escalated it in countable times. Eventually the supervisor said they will have the ewallet reversed and there is a few. Which will take 2 to 3 days. I've repeated this numerous times. Buying hundreds of Rand's of airtime. 4 days ago I called again. Same story the supervisor said the funds will be reversed back into my Hollywood bets account in two to three days. Today is day four. I called again just now. Was on the line for more than 30 minutes and hanged up eventually. The customer service of Hollywood bets is pathetic and non existent. It almost three months and I have not received my ewallet reversal. Please assist. Stephan Els
