Have a balance of 2500 in my account for the past 4 days nobody can answer as to why I can't draw the funds have given screen shots of tickets with no luck.

Al the loosing tickets are there but not the winning tickets. Have logged 4 tickets even called the call centre.

Pathetic customer service.

I will log a query with the Gambling Commission and National Gambling Board
