PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!

The customer service provided is very poor. I had a query where a ticket was logged and when I follow up there is just never feedback! When I ask for the ticket number I just get ignore!!!! Utterly bad. Then after several attempts someone call me just to say I require a new ID but that was NEVER told to me. The consultants Sindi Mkhwa****, Sanelisiwe Diko, Siphokazi Majola, advised all is in order they will submit my documents and have the surname changed.

I will NEVER recommend Hollywood bets!!!!
