Pathetic customer service withdrawals

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Service is pathetic, when you try to withdraw your money they say we have a lot of requests you must just wait. Live chat with the agent and before you're done they say thanks for your time bye and close the chat *** is that??!! Honestly pathetic customer service!!!
