Pathetic customer service

When I initially signed up to Hollywood bets (in October), I uploaded my FICA documents as requested. The first time I uploaded them I received an email stating that it wasn't clear enough so I uploaded them again and the same thing happened so I didn't waste my submitting them again. Two weeks ago I changed my banking details and I sent an email saying so so that it could be changed but it hasn't been done since. The customer service is really pathetic for such a big company and I haven't gotten any communication whatsoever.
