Pathetic and Atrocious Customer Service & *********** Staff and Procedures of HollywoodBets

The customer service and value of the business is absolutely horrible and intolerable. After receiving a winnings amount to my account within the past month, I have not been able to withdraw the amount and was kept on been declined, which I was given a very stupid and intolerable reason. have tried contacting the helpline but that was to no avail and either I was asked to call another department or held on forever with eventually being hung up on or disconnected.

I sent numerous email and these are the reference numbers (#***, #***, #***). Service agents have been absolute no use and didn't even bother to reply to the enquiries which are still unattended to.

Sadly, wishing to close my account now which I hope will not be an issue as well. Terrible service and atrocious dealings all around. Will never recommend this site to anyone.
