Pathetic

Never had this issue with Lottostar. Thought i'd give this company a go. The chat feature is a joke. The customer consultants is a complete joke. So i deposit money, play during the jackpot race and won some money. Figured i will withdraw my winnings. Nope, not allowed to. Have eversince been declining/rejecting my withdrawals. Excuse is I have to first play 55% of my deposit before i withdraw. So its my fault that I am lucky enough to win. Still waiting for my email, still waiting for a consultant to phone. This company is a joke, the moment I get my money I will move back to Lottostar.
