Patetic service

i went to gateway warehouse yesterday and they was running a promo...the guy was smelling of alcohol who claims to be the team leader of that promo. i then get a cap and a car ring because I betted for over a 1k. My wife and daughter then comes and my daughter want a cap and because my wife also betted online she sent up to this lady and be cause all of them was sitting and eating they just told my wife it is not for existing customers. It was 4 of them sitting and eating the same time instead of promoting. i told them I am going to lodge a complaint with the head office and they said must not make treats and they continued to eat. Due to this poor behaviour I am closing my account and how can a promoter be under the influence of alcohol. Where is the management here absolutely disgusting!!
