Ozow instant eft abandoned by Ozor - deposit missing

On 25 December I deposited via through the instant Eft, Ozow option on their website. My credits were not loaded but taken from my bank account.

Query after query I have no joy in getting my money reversed or loaded. I am asked everyday to give it another 24 hours after original query was lodged. And INSTANT EFT should be just that. Instant. No effort is made to fix this. I'm just told to wait. And in my experience you will wait until you forget about the money.

I don't go to ABSA and withdraw money and wait a week before getting my cash.

I want my money. And I want to known if yinterest is given to me seeing as it is sitting somewhere gathering interest of its own. This is fattening Hollywood's wallet and leaving me to get stuff sorted out.

7 days and I'm asked to wait another 24 hours.

I won't wait anymore. Hollywood is taking money and not provind the services associated with it. Surely this constitutes theft. Giving money for something and getting nothing in return. I want my money. And I want if now!!!!
