Ozow deposit not reflecting

I made a deposit of R250 on the 22nd of January 2020 in the morning. It was an Ozow immediate transfer but when I check my balance it was still 0.00.I immediately sent a proof of payment to Hollywoodbets and I got an email that it will be resolved in the next hour or 2.It's been 24 hours now since and Hollywoodbets hasn't credited my account despite numerous emails sent to them. The service is bad to an extent that I'm considering switching to betway. In fact I have already registered with betway, I just want my refund and leave this **** called Hollywoodbets with pathetic service.
