Over two weeks waiting for my Cash withdrawal sms notification

I would like to speak to a Senior person about my R500 Standard bank withdrawal done on 26 October 2022.

So far i spoke to bunch of useless people as follows : MZWANDILE NCOBO ON 01ST NOV 2022-PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK AND He Never did until i called again last week Friday and i was given Elista who did a run around and eventually escalated me back to MZWANDILE. This time he was even more useless as he said will call me again yesterday before 8pm and that never hepened.

Today i was give his manager called Lindile who did nothing at all and said will call me before 5pm.

Mind you i am the one who had to call all this time and at this point i am way above my limit.

My last hope is social media and maybe then some one will do thier job.
