Outstanding withdrawal.

I have done 4 withdrawals which 3 have already paid. I did R1000, R1000, R500 and R1028. And R500, R1000 and R1028 have paid out but the other R1000 has not been paid. I called the call centre and Nontobeko told me that the other R1000 was processed manually. I requested the withdrawals around 13h00 but as of now the R1000 is still not in my bank. I usually get my money on time please fix this because I have no issues with the company they always do well for me
