Outstanding Payments
Hollywoodbets customer service is the worst, I've been send emails daily and calling the help centre however no one has assisted me. THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTS! My pending/winning tickets on Live instant win still haven't been paid out. They keep saying they'll send query to the relevant department and get back to me, it's been 3weeks now and all my winnings haven't been paid.
