Oustanding Withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on 12 May, which i never received. Go to live chat and get told it was processed successfully and i must email my bank statement to withdrawals dept. I have been emailing for 2 days with no response at all! The live chat agents are very rude and know absolutely nothing about customer service! My next step will be to report them to the gambling board!
