Online app sucks
The worst at customer service. For more than 2 weeks I'm asking them to fix the issue I'm having, each time a consultant tells me to do the same thing, so how many times must I clear cache n reboot n wait 48 hours. If they are unable to help can't they escalate the case. And u must wait TWO days to receive YOUR winnings. WHY????!!!!!
