One month later still no payment received

I am so tired of trying to sort out this instant money payment (standard bank ) on the 2nd of July I didnt a instant withdraw for my mother who is 62 years old . The pin code came thru but no vocher number . I have been calling and e-mailing Hollywoodbets for over a month now i even took my mother to the branch in isipingo, they put me thru to the call center witch was another disaster cause looks like they employ uneducated people. On the facbook page i was told after a month if the money is not taken out it will be returned to the account. It's been over 30 working days, still nothing . This is the worst service i have ever experienced. To wait over a month for R600 that was won . I told my mother get your R600 first then close this account . We are so tired of this nonsense. And this is the 3rd review on hellopetter, they just reply for nothing like they are interested but nothing will get done
