Hollywoodbets has the worst customer service of all, I won R1200 using a R29 voucher on the slots and they are refusing to pay me... When I speak to the agents the only thing they know how to do is tell you to wait 24 hours but can't tell me nothing about my withdrawal specifically... It's seems like because I won a lot of money with a small deposit that's why they are refusing to release the money, please be careful guys. If you win money make sure you have screenshots because they will give you hassles and the customer service is only trained to read scripts not actually help.
