I recently opened an account and fortunately won R2500 that very same day, I tried withdrawing the money from than (January 2026 with no luck) I sent in all the required documents for verification of my account, and I kept getting vague responses when doing a follow up on when I can withdraw my money. On the 24 April after asking for a feedback I was told that my account is permanently suspended! With my R2500 and R500 I had just deposited. I didnt get any explanation or opportunity to dispute it. Save yourself from stress and dont entertain or join these ****mers. They are quick to take money from struggling South Africans in this economy and they don't pay your money.
