Not prepared to accept my Rica documents

This companies client support staff is totally unreasonable and no two staff members give the same answers.

I tried numerous times to send through my Rica documents (ID and selfie) but they keep on rejecting it for different lame reasons. The last one I got was that they do not accept the green Id's because the photo is not colour. We'll my ID is old and so am I. They even rejected my photo with my ID in my hand, my driver's license is also not acceptable, even though they asked me for it.

Funny how quick they take your deposit, but when you want to withdraw your winnings, they refuse you. Shame on you Hollywoodbets! I live in a small town and cannot just jump in a car, drive 400km to a big city to get a new smart ID overnight. No supervisors made any effort to assist me, despite me calling them and I did exactly what they required of me by submitting my ID and selfie more than 10 times.
