Not paying winnings

Hollywood bets as usual making you cry for your own money. I'm supposedly a VIP client. They have client liaison officers that are suppose to give us individual attention. My client liaison person resigned a few months ago and no has been in contact with me regarding this. Now that I finally have a withdrawal which has now been over 24 hours and I need assistance there is no to help. I have put in over R 100k in the last month and now for a small 11k withdrawal they are not giving my money. Its amazing how when you deposit and lose your monty theres no need to verify your deposit but when you withdraw they cry to pay you. Please give me my money so I can stop playing with you guys.
