Not Paying out on withdrawals - BEWARE of HOLLYWOODBETS

Horrific customer service. Anele Jaca who I dealt with was completely unhelpful and would not give me details to escalate my issue to management or provide me with a transcript of our conversation. I have two withdrawals pending and was told that "Large amounts have to go through several levels of authorization at the Withdrawals department. It will not take longer than 5 working days." . This is not stipulated on their website. That is really unfair as Hollywood Bets is quick to accept my deposits but terribly slow to payout. I would like to make a formal complaint and escalate this to management.
