Not happy with Hollywoodbets

Dear Hollywoodbets. I'm a very loyal customer to you business. I fond it very unfair that your team.has not resolved my issue with a deposit I made for R489.00 iv been in contact since last week Saturday.. and still my account has not been credited. Please advise tomorrow is a week already my ref number is now ***6. Please.advise how this works. As it doesn't take a week to credit my account I'm very upset at rhe moment 1
