Not happy i want my money

On 26th october i made a withdrawal, it is a large sum of money, It is still pending and not even pending authorization. This money belongs to me and not hollywood bets as it was an incorext deposit made. The bank cannot reverse the funds as they say hollywood wont allow it. Hollywood is not giving me any answers what so ever. The money is not even in my hollywood account anymore its just hanging in limbo
