Not happy

Good morning I hope all is well The reason for this is I am Yvette Everson id *** I did play on the 9 th of November 25 on Hollywood bets I did won 2700 They did send me a voucher with a pin code that it is not working at all I did lay a complaint to recieve a new voucher and pin but everyday they tell me it is under investigation with no one calling I even have proof from the Nedbank that I did not draw the money If this is a **** why do they even exist I hope some one can help me as we already in a new year
