Not good assist

So I writing this review Hollywood bets use to be a great site I got so many other sites but prefer playing Hollywood bets but recently I hardly win an then I won was not much but then it told me it seems I am not logged in an then I closed the app and reopened it an my money was gone I then live chat with them and they just assist me for 2 minutes and then tell me I must wait an hour an message again if I do the same thing repeats and everytime it's a different person assisting me I am really so angry now as it is not the first time it happens.
