Not allowing to place bets and payout limited to only R2000.

Hollywood bets not allowing me to place bets to place bets that reuskt in a payout more than R2000 on their system.

I have followed up Sevrals times via phone and their Hollywood chat.

No was able to resolve the above issue after being escalated several times.

This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Please can the above issue be resolved.
