NONSENSE SERVICE

I have awaiting a withdrawal pin to be resent to me since 26 October 2021. I have sent emails since 27 October and even today I have not received anything. Then you call their customer call, wait for over 30mins being caller number 50+, then your query is not resolved. Calling them is so expensive as you wait forever then u get *********** consultants assisting you. Treat you as though you are crazy asking for assistance. Im really upset, imagine if those funds were needed for grocery or something like that. ANGRYYYYYYYY TO THE CORE. Oh and even when you ask for a reference number for the call,you are told they dont have ref numbers. What nonsense is that
