Nonhlanha ke STAR

I work for a company which prides itself with AWESOME service, so it’s easy for me to differentiate between great service and a terrible one. When visiting any government office, it’s expected to receive appalling service. When phoning any call center, it’s also expected to receive the service which is on par to the one rendered by government employees, if not worse.

Guess what happened today? I phoned your office and a lady by the name of Nhlanhla Sinethemba Nkosi answered the phone and what a WOW!!!. Number 1: The energy was on point, Number 2: She was polite Number 3: She was knowledgeable. She knew what was going on Number 4: She had great telephone etiquette, which is something which most people lack Number 5: I could pick up from her voice that she wanted to help me, unlike some advisors who make you feel like they are doing you a favor.

I hope this email lands on her manager or supervisors’ desk and she gets rewarded for the great work that she’s doing. We need more people like her in this world.
