none existent customer service

If I could give you a negative rating I would, I have been trying to withdraw my winnings since Monday 13th March 2023. It was declined saying turnover rules not met (whatever that means), the funds I won was won well over a month ago. I have been calling and have had my query escalated numerous times, your agents say they will call you with feedback yet the customer is left hanging not knowing what is going on. This seems like it is illegitimate, the gambling board will hear from me if my winnings are not paid out within 48 hours of this message (48 hours is Hollywoodbets EFT turnaround time) I feel like I am being made a fool of and being ****med by what is supposed to be a legal gambling platform. Don't force me to go on social media to let the whole of SA know how you treat your customers.
