Non Existence Client Support and Query Resolution AS ALWAYS

I logged a support query last week Friday regarding my instant money withdrawal sms, I only received the 1sms with the pin and not voucher number.

I was informed that a request was sent to accounts team to resend sms.

I knew then, that I would eventually have to log a hellopeter complaint, as the only consistent thing one can expect with hollywoodbets, is a non existent client support process/channel and no understanding of SLA's and service delivery.

Same issues from day1 acc opening, 1000+ sec on hold time which is always exceeded, support calls and tickets never resolved, .....eventually come to hello Peter complain after wasting a week waiting.

Talk about improvement, why bother...
