Nomalizo Mvalo is a pathetic customer service agent

I've been requesting a e wallet reversal since the 03/04/2023 the person I spoke to advised me 24 to 48 hours... When I chatted again yesterday they said the request has been done and I should wait 24 to 48 hours... Today when chatting to Nomalizo Mvalo she was rude when I was asking questions and she closed the chat on me... Their customer service agents are pathetic... It's seems when depositing we don't have an issue but when withdrawing there is always an issue... Please sort your customer service agents out!!!! They are pathetic!!!
