No withdrawal received

I made a withdrawal on 28 February 2023, Tuesday and I did not receive any notifications from Hollywood neither the bank. Later same day I contacted Hollywood and I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours. The following day 01 March 2023 I contacted them through email, phone and their website system but with no respond. The same 01 March their phone system asked me to leave my contacts so that they will come back to me due to their high volume of calls but they never called me back. Today is day three, 03 March 2023 with no responses from Hollywood to at least explain what happened to my withdrawal.
