on the 09/07 i requested a withdrawal of R500 through an Absa cashsend, however nothing has come through till date. Called in Hollywood customer care, the agents do not assist and apologize but nothing ever gets done. I have called every 2 days since date of withdrawal and I get the same run around of reversal ect, This is really upsetting as this is money that's needed. Personally I do not feel safe or taken care of as a customer and am moving over to another Gambling platform.
