NO SERVICE/HELP

Good Day I wrote a review about the poor service from Hollywoodbets on 04/05/2023 and received a response from them the same day saying, "Your query has been escalated to our customer service management team. The team will be in touch". After receiving a response the same day I thought that some progress will be made, and yet again they managed to outdo their poor/no service. It has been a week now and no one from Hollywoodbets has contacted me as yet. This has been happening for the last 4 months. LIES, LIES, and more LIES. No calls or emails. The "Hollywoodbets Team" that provided a response to my complaint on this site does not follow up on their promises. They just respond for people to see that they have responded, however there is no follow up and it stops there. Another week gone by and no progress. As long as they are making money out of their customers nothing else matters.
