NO RESPONSE ON MY DEPOSIT

I made an eft of R570 on the 07 of Dec 2021 money didn't reflect on my hollywoodbets acc called the call centre there were 30+ clients on the waiting queue waited for 25minutes until my airtime ended sent an email it's the 8th of Dec no response nothing and it's not the 1st time I dont know why these companies when they grow and have more clientele they dont hire more staff to accommodate the number of queries they going to face,right now I want to try small betting companies I'm tired of being treated like these
