No response on FICA documents

I've been re-sending my ID and Proof of residence multiple times, no response from you people. Your WhatsApp service just blue ticks and no feedback. I WANT TO WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!! No response to emails either. This is the most frustrating betting company I have ever experienced. I regret moving from my normal betting company and trying to give you people a chance only to be ignored. I'm in a very tight spot and need that money, but clearly you couldn't be bothered as long as it remains with you. Very disgusted by your customer service, or lack thereof.
