No response from hollywoodbets for fica documents that I uploaded ☹

I've been uploading my fica documents but no reply yet. I really need to withdraw my money cause I need it, I've been waiting for a while no response yet I've spent so much money betting I am really ****ed and starting to think hollywoodbets is a **** if not why are they doing this to me, I am not happy at all☹
