No response from Hollywoodbets

I have made a deposit to my account 5 hours ago and it has not been deposited into my Hollywoodbets account. I have phoned and emailed hollywoodbet but with no help. When i finally spoke to someone, she said she will follow up and call me right back. That did not happen. This is very unprofessional of them.
