No response, and empty promises

Hello peter Hollywoodbets has the worst service ever I play daily, losing money and winning money. My issue is when comes to the withdrawal part of my winnings there's always an issue, friday I had over R800 in my holly acc when I wanted to withdraw some of it they told me I must fica before I can withdraw, to my knowledge I did that last year, I'm not sure if it should be done every year or what but anyway I've send me fica documents Friday 17 July 2020 via the self service it keeps on telling me that the site can't be reached so I decided to email my documents to my surprise it is Tuesday today 21 July 2020 and still no response from their fica team. Then there's the other issue, last night (Monday night 20 July 2020 at around 19hrs) I played the live casino soccer game I went as far as R916.75 and then all of a sudden the screen went blank and an error message appeared I told ny husband to check his hollywoodbets acc to see if it's doing the same and yes it also showed an errorr message they were offline for about an hour (I understand that the website can sometimes become overwhelm and have glitches) finally when thet came back online my money disappeared and this is not the first time it happened 2 months ago it was the money I deposited into my account that just never appeared I brushed it off because it was a R20 that I deposited, the 15% deposit bonus that I also never received, but I can't always brush things off, I did send them emails and I called their help line it keeps on ringing and there's no response on the emails. I'm going to close the hollywoodbets account I cant support something that just keeps on biting me in my a**.
