No reply, no support since August and I still don't have my funds back

I have an unresolved question with Hollywoods Bets concerning R19,300.00 that was taken out of my bank account and paid directly to the Hollywood account holder without my consent. I haven't received my money back from Hollywood as of yet, and I sent all required documents via email. I have sent numerous emails and had numerous phone conversations with consultants. This has been a financial stress since August, and I desperately need my money. The manager of the branch I've been going to has been very helpful, but he doesn't hear back from head office despite emails sent to ***/******** and the National Gambling Board.
