No Proof of payment sent via email

On the 29 of March 2024 I made a deposit of R50 via Zapper, which it went through but it was not showing on the hollywoodbets account . I reported this to hollywoodbets same day ,I received the email stating the funds we going to be deposit to my hollywoodbets account later that Day. On 7th May 2024 I wrote a complain here o hellopeter regarding this ,the next day i received a call from one of the hollywoodbets consultant which he believed the funds were deposited and he was going to send me a spreadsheet which supports that the funds were deposited into my hollywoodbets account. Today is the 10th ,i haven't received that emailed.

I still disappointed whith this type of service am getting from Hollywoodbets.
