No payout, No servoce

Payout issues, technical issues. Been waiting for 5 days for a query to be solved. U call the call Centre and the agents are rude.. Some just put the phone down in your ear. We play live games and are given reference numbers for queries there but Hollywoodbets can't use it.. I am waiting for a few payments and all I hear is it will be escalated but turn around time is 48 hours.. Pathetic service, pathetic agents.. I am so disappointed with u guys
