No payout

<p>I went into Hollywood bets in Malvern this morning and was told that they don't have any money to payout and that I must come back on Thursday</p> <p>Absolute nonsense</p> <p>How can they not have money to payout yet they will gladly take your money to place a bet</p>

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this, and we will investigate. There should be no waiting till Thursday - so we are not sure why this was said.
