No payment on winnings for a whole week.
Its been a full week and Hollywood bets has not paid my money, Reported this and was requested to forward banking statements, which I did, call was logged and its been a full WEEK , live chat agents just ask for case number and there's is silence , next thing a different agent is asking you for same details, automated system agents are ***********, you end up taking to 3 agents in 1 day, asked to lodge a complaint on live chat, no assistance was just sent an email address, asked for case to be escalated to management and have not even received as much as a call, Horrible customer experience and customer service. - Zodwa

25 Aug 2025, 19:15Consultant Thembinkosi sent an email response and also tried calling , however I missed the call on Sunday, I have responded to the email but when I quoted the Query no. *** to Sinethemba K on Live Chat I was told this number contains documents that are associated with miss Gumede, may we please communicate with a single agent handling this PLEASE, we are having to repeat info that was already provided EVERYTIME via the live chat, this is now the second week, still payment !!
