Hi. I played the game Fire Strike I got all red 7s plus the symbil Fire strike no payment was given

Got the same but in blue got payment.

It is a big amount that was suppose to be paid out. No response from them not even on email. I have chatted on live chat They said they will let someone call me No response at all.
