No money received

I requested a withdraw 4 days ago to be send to nedbank send imali to withdraw my funds. I keep getting pushed from person to person with no information or help to why i never received my money or sms. I even went out of my way to follow up with nedbank which they should of done when I first called and they have said there are no funds available for me to withdraw. This is pathetic service I feel cheated and I will never use this site again.
