No help, no refund, no withdrawel, stay away!

I deposited money that i wanted to bet on sport game. I couldnt bet the amount I wanted to because my account had to be reviewed. Now im stuck with the money in the account after being verified. The system is forcing me to play. Even though I do no want to bet on anything else. I made mistake to put in more money that I needed to and I've looking for help requesting for refund. Nobody wants to help me. It feels like an absolute **** being forced to play the monry you deposit with other rules coming into play. I dont want to play my unplayed deposited money. There was 1 game I wanted to bet on and I couldnt at the time. Its the absolute worst experience and I can't get my money back. Feels like an absolute ****! I've tried phoning, ive tried emailing the helpline. Im tried chatting online. I've tried researching. This is my last reaort. Customer support just tells me you to abide by policies and I must play to withdraw my winnings after making very clear I want a refund. Im beyond angry...
